I purchased a digital item that I already had, can I get a refund?

If the duplicate purchase was made accidentally within the last 30 days, yes, send us an email, once the digital duplicate purchase has been verified, we will refund you for the duplicate purchase. If the duplicate purchase was made over 30 days ago, but less than 1 year ago, we can offer store credit.  Duplicate digital purchases over 365 days old will not be credited or refunded.
