I purchased an item from your store many years ago and can no longer find it. Can you resend it?

If the purchase can be verified, yes, we can resend your item. If the purchase can not be verified, we cannot resend your item. Please note, the customer is responsible for saving and backing up the PDFs that contain the private links and passwords to each art course they purchase. Purchases more than a year old are harder to verify due to limited accounting capabilities.
